SB 228 Signed by Governor Sununu.

On Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 Governor Sununu signed our bill into law! It will take effect on August 6th 2022.

This law came after over a year of work from the NHSPA Legislative Committee volunteers who have stepped up to educate not just our legislators but also the medical leaders in our community about who we are and what we do.  So many people in the community as well as at the board and legislation level have a very poor understanding of how PAs are trained and of our abilities.
